channels set up in survey correctly, but dashboard data looks off

the channels in the NBCU —> NBC - SNL - S50 —> Channels folder are set up in our Decipher survey correctly, but data in the dashboards doesn't look right - not all videos have data in them, and the main channels folder shows "0 views" for each

In a channel, when I click the top headers (ex: viewers or watch time) it doesn’t sort it from highest to lowest. It doesn’t sort anything at all.

Passing Variables Filters

hi! during the soft launch of a survey, I noticed the filters that were deleted by Sago were still showing up (audience_affinities, audience_affinities_s6, audience_affinities_s7), when data is exported those filters don’t show up which is good, but they shouldn’t show up in the dashboard. This project has 3 cells and this is occurring on all 3. Thank you!

Lumiere Exports - Missing Slider Data

Hi there! There is one project I am working on where both videos seem to be missing slider values in the exports. Some of the comments have a slider score, but some of them don’t, and there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason for why some do and some do not. Channel tiles unclickable during upload

I’m uploading several videos to a channel, and occasionally certain video tiles will become unclickable (i.e., I can’t click to access the activity or edit the title). Also, the video upload panel will also become unresponsive. Refreshing the page will usually help. This is happening in the Disney - Halloween 2024 channel (the Give Feedback button currently isn’t working there, which may be related to this issue)
