Channel Video Thumbnail Uploads
It would be great if we could change the video thumbnails from the main channel setup rather than clicking into each video. It would save a lot of clicks.

similar to how settings can be applied en masse to channel videos, would be great to also apply questions to all channel videos.
Upload Image as Activity
Given all of the Key Art testing we do for Paramount, it would be helpful if we could create an activity from a still image and then set the duration within Lumiere. This would save us a step of first creating a video from the image.
Counting clicks in a certain portion of the screen
Our NBCU Ad Innovation team had an interesting ask: “Separately I also have a question about the Lumiere experience in general. We were wondering if it was possible to get an insight into the # of clicks for brand logos that occurred during Double Box / Prime Pod cells. I know we track heat boxes but was wondering if there was a way to generate a raw number there.” Would it be possible (currently or in the future) to add something akin to a hotspot that tracks the amount of times people click in a certain area for a particular amount of time?
Removing deprecated filter variables
Hi! We’re working on passing filterable variables from Forsta. During testing, we passed in a couple filters (“Agegender” and “Raceethnicity”) and then updated those names to (“Age_gender” and “Race_ethnicity”). Looking for: 1. Could we edit filter names in Lumiere directly (and after the fact)? 2. In this particular case, could we remove filters associated with the video?
Hotspot Tracking Export
It would be nice if there was a way to export an image of the heatmap that represents all clicks/comments. This probably isn't going to be used for most projects, but there have been a few times where we run studies for key art or stills where we ask viewers to leave comments on elements that catch their eye. My current process has been to capture the screenshot that seems most representative of the trends in throughout the video, but that's not always a very valid approach. (For context, you can see what I mean by referencing the slide screenshot attached.)
Feature Request: Add Hotspots to GIF Exports
Our NBCU Ad Innovation client loves Hotspots, and asked if we could include them in the GIF export feature. Passing their request along for the future!
Copy questions
It would be wonderful to copy questions between activities in a channel or save them to a question bank to add to other videos

The image quality of the header looks a bit low resolution. We also have to adapt how it fits outside of Channels. It would be nice to be able to adjust both in the app

Sorting Prompted Emoji Outputs
It’d be nice to be able to sort prompted emoji outputs from most to least popular. Currently, the emojis are shown in the order used in the question setup.
