Channel tiles unclickable during upload

I’m uploading several videos to a channel, and occasionally certain video tiles will become unclickable (i.e., I can’t click to access the activity or edit the title). Also, the video upload panel will also become unresponsive. Refreshing the page will usually help. This is happening in the Disney - Halloween 2024 channel (the Give Feedback button currently isn’t working there, which may be related to this issue)
